She has worked at the intersection between business and society nationally and internationally for 20 years developing high value partnerships, services and commercial initiatives that improve lives and generate climate resilience.

Roger’s Thought Leadership and Strategic input has enabled Little Bee to evolve from a kernal of an idea to an established enterprise in the social space. With a wealth of expertise and experience of global environmenal issues and movements, he supports the team to stay grounded in having meaningful impact here and abroad.

Claire’s focus is to analyse and develop commercially viable opportunities, facilitating the creation of sustainable products and solutions. She brings 15 years experience in central government, not-for-profit and the private sectors and a passion for social change.
