We also deliver services internationally working with voluntary sector organisations that are at various stages of growth, from those that are just starting out to more well-established organisations that are looking to build on their success and explore new opportunities.

FUSION - Service Innovation, CSR, Design for Sustainability
This service is designed to enable businesses to build on their success. We recognise profit as a key driving force for sustainability more broadly and co-create new services and initiatives that deliver ‘profit-plus’ – profit plus social or environmental good. Working with existing teams we look to create the kind of employee engagement schemes that inspire people to innovate long after our work is done. Learn more…
As part of our new community resilience initiative, we have developed a strand of work called Urban Green. There is growing recognition that green spaces can deliver key benefits for public health and wellbeing. Our aim is to increase “Urban Green” through food-growing and other fun and accessible activities.

We knew there was a gap in our services for young people, LBC helped us generate the resources we needed to close it.
We need new models for doing businesses. Ones that are financially successful, but at the same time address community and environmental needs. This is critical for the UK to develop a more diverse, locally driven, and sustainable economy.
what we do, why we do it
Little Bee Community is a multi-disciplinary collective. Our team are business development professionals, fundraisers, agricultural engineers, architects, sustainability consultants and designers, all with a passion for work in the social space that improves lives in meaningful ways.
Little Bee Community works with charitable organisations and responsible businesses to enable them to operate more sustainably.
Our aim is to close the gap between sectors, providing services that help our clients generate the resources, tools and services they need to be pioneers in their field.
We believe amazing opportunities for social change are created when social aims and business goals converge.
Everything we strive for can be found in our name.
Little – We believe small, innovative actions can wield great impact.
Bee – We value efficiency and collaboration and apply ‘systems theory’ approaches to maximize success. Like bees, we work hard to provide an excellent service.
Community – This is where we measure our social impact. For us social impact only becomes real when our work supports and enhances people’s everyday lives.
